Here are some key points about Talent Yoda and our interaction with members. Essentially, Talent Yoda is a Career Services Platform, that helps individuals in building resumes, optimising LinkedIn, helping them with job strategies and career counselling.

Below are some important guidelines for using the Talent Yoda site:

All Users

Whether you are a student, job seeker, employer, or just visiting, we expect you to uphold high standards of professional and acceptable behavior. You must also comply with applicable laws, including local, state, and employment and discrimination laws.

Talent Yoda reserves the right to discontinue any resume template at any time for any reason. Some templates may be replaced with new ones.

Each order is meant to generate one resume for one individual. Certain features may be restricted to enforce this limitation. Talent Yoda reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies or terms of use, misuse our service in any way, or act contrary to the mission of our service, at our sole discretion.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Talent Yoda (talentyodacoaching.com), an online Career service platform that assists job seekers in creating resumes, and optimising LinkedIn and Career Counselling.

 

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not accept them, do not use Talent Yoda and its services. By using Talent Yoda's Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Talent Yoda may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Web page. You should periodically visit this page to review the most current Terms. They outline your and our rights and obligations.

Eligibility

You must be 12 years or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is older, to use Talent Yoda in any manner. By using Talent Yoda, you represent and warrant that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the authority to agree to and abide by these Terms. You also represent and warrant that you will use Talent Yoda in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Use of Talent Yoda Content

Talent Yoda authorizes you to view and access a single copy of the content available on or from Talent Yoda solely for your personal use. The content of Talent Yoda, including text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software, and other material, is protected by Indian copyright, trademark, and other laws. You agree not to sell, modify, reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Talent Yoda content in any way for public or commercial purposes, in connection with products or services that are not Talent Yoda's, in any manner that may cause confusion among consumers, disparage or discredit Talent Yoda or its licensors, dilute the strength of Talent Yoda trademarks, or infringe Talent Yoda intellectual property rights. You further agree not to misuse any Talent Yoda content. Use of the Talent Yoda content on any other website or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. Any code Talent Yoda creates to generate or display any Talent Yoda content or the pages making up any Talent Yoda site is also protected by Talent Yoda copyright, and you may not copy or adapt such code.

Registration Information

When you place an order with Talent Yoda, you will be asked to provide Talent Yoda with certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address (your "information"). Information you submit will be used in accordance with Talent Yoda's Privacy Policy. Talent Yoda reserves the right to offer third-party services and products to you based on the preferences that you identify in your registration and at any time thereafter; such offers may be made by Talent Yoda or by third parties. You understand and acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your Talent Yoda Account and that if you cancel your Talent Yoda Account, all your account information from Talent Yoda will be marked as deleted in Talent Yoda's databases and will be removed from any public area of the Talent Yoda site. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through Talent Yoda's web servers. In addition, third parties may retain cached copies of your information.

User Content and Submissions

You are responsible for your Talent Yoda account information, Employer account information, job postings, Resume Profile, content, messages, audio, video, photos, text, images, compilations, or other information that you post on Talent Yoda or transmit to other Users ("User Content"). You agree that in submitting User Content or otherwise using any Talent Yoda site that you will not impersonate any person, or submit any materials to Talent Yoda that are false, inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or are otherwise in violation of your obligations under these Terms. Talent Yoda does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of User Content or any other communications posted by Users or endorse any opinions expressed by Users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other Users will be at your own risk. If notified by a User of User Content or other materials which allegedly do not conform to these Terms, Talent Yoda may in its sole discretion investigate the allegation and determine whether to take any other actions including whether to remove or request the removal of the User Content. Talent Yoda has no liability or responsibility to Users for performance or non-performance of such activities. We appreciate hearing from our Users and welcome your comments regarding your experience with our site. Please be advised that by submitting any comments, feedback, testimonials, or success stories you are granting Talent Yoda permission to use your comments, feedback, testimonials, or success stories (collectively "Feedback") for marketing purposes unless during the original submission you explicitly state that you do not grant that permission. Talent Yoda shall be entitled to unrestricted use of Feedback for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to you or any other person. Please be advised, however, that our policy does not permit us to accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions, inventions, or materials other than those which we have specifically requested. While we do value your feedback on our services, please be specific in your comments regarding our services and do not submit creative ideas, inventions, suggestions, or materials. If despite our request, you send us creative suggestions, ideas, drawings, concepts, inventions, or other information (collectively the "Submission"), the Submission shall be the property of Talent Yoda. None of the Submission shall be subject to any obligation of confidentiality on our part, and we shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submission. Talent Yoda shall own exclusively all now known or later discovered rights to the Submission and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submission for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to you or any other person.

Policy Regarding Termination of Users Who Infringe the Copyright or Other Intellectual Property Rights of Others

Talent Yoda and all of its affiliated companies respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask our Users and content partners to do the same. The unauthorized posting, reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, public display, or public performance of copyrighted works constitutes infringement of the copyright owner's rights. As a condition to your use of Talent Yoda, you agree not to use Talent Yoda to infringe the intellectual property rights of others in any way. We will terminate the accounts of any Talent Yoda Users, and block access to Talent Yoda for any Users who infringe the copyright, or other intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to take these actions at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without notice, and without any liability to you.
